Look at the recent history of LSU running backs. Anyone inserted into the lineup has succeeded. Fournette will be no different.

So he's not that good, and will just be a product of the system?

No. The point is physically he is more gifted than any rb of recent history for LSU. He is being inserted into an offense with a great o line and determined to run the ball. He will shine. Especially against the Aggies' extremely porous defense.

Fournette, he will likely be freshman of the year in the SEC, maybe nationally.

The conversation is about Leonard Fournette, not A&M's defense. What I'm hearing from y'all is that he's a good athlete, but when implemented into the LSU system, he will shine. Sounds to me like a system running back.

It's a system that can make average running backs look good.

Fournette is already an elite running back. It's scary to think what he will do in this offense.

Me butthurt? I say one thing that doesn't pump Fournette to be Eric Dickerson, and it's the end of the world.

Ya just like Manziel was a product of Sumlin. Good teams have systems where they implement good players. This gives the players best opportunity to shine. Not sure where your confusion is coming from.

700 yards and 10 touchdowns

He will likely top these numbers in the A&M game alone going against another shite-tastic Aggy D

Honestly, even as a Gator fan, I've thought Taylor was a tad overrated based on who his daddy is.

Don't get me wrong, he was one of the only bright spots on our offense last year and he was running behind a shite line. I think he can and will be very good and productive for us, but I just don't see the explosiveness that separates the merely good RBs from the great ones.

Here's the difference. Sumlin changed his offensive philosophy to fit JFF. That's what happens when you have the GOAT. You will see a completely different offense this year.

Fournette, on the other hand, will the thrown into the LSU system. Hence, system running back.

Taylor. I expect Fournette to run against very loaded boxes with inexperience at QB and WR.

I feel bad for Leonard Fournette. He could rush for 700 yards and 10 touchdowns as a true freshman in the SEC and that would be a huge letdown compared to the expectations Tiger fans are setting.

idk how or why people keep saying this. Nobody is expecting any more than what you just listed. At least you've proven you don't lurk the TR. Bc if you did, you'd know this isn't the case at all.

Manziel was a product of Sumlin just like case keenum. System qb is what Sumlin does.
