You could have included the rest of the post in your quote and it would have answered your question. What would you have considered slighty-great in our situation? An SEC Championship in his first two seasons?

If a guy inherits an 8-win program...then yes. We won 2 games the season before he got here. We just now have 85 actual scholarship players on roster*

Boom is gonna have a top 5 defense wherever he goes regardless of the circumstances.

If UF actually finds an offense, the rest of the SEC is on notice.

The team Freeze inherited had 79 scholarship players. A very far cry from the 60s number he likes to throw at people.

Freeze won't leave until he is fired or retires.

Freeze has come in and had great recruiting but has yet to deliver anything of substance after giving the Ole Miss fan base hope.

Two bowl wins, top 5 and top 15 recruiting classes, beating our top 10 ranked rival and improving his record each year he has been here aren't anything of substance?

The only disappointing thing he has done is lose to State last year and even that's not anything to get pissy with him over.

5 and 6th in the SEC West and it doesn't look much better this year. Probably 3rd at best.

History shows an Ole Miss coach who loses to state too often finds their job lost as well.

There you go -- restating bullshite and pretending it to be factual...

please...list all of the players from the 2012 and 2013 season who fit the criteria that I gave.

Note: you can't go to our team's website and copy/paste the roster. Do it by memory. If you're calling me out on this then you obviously know by heart our entire roster and who was given a scholarship upon signing with us.

3rd will put them into a really good bowl.

Example?

Nutt was resigning before he lost to State the third time. The only example you have is Coach O

Wasn't Arkansas put into the Sugar Bowl when they finished 3rd a few years ago?

IIRC aren't Nutt and Coach O the only two Ole Miss coaches who have losing records against State?

It's possible. Don't really care to check it. Just thought it was funny that the Arky fan said history shows any OM coach who loses to MSU too much gets fired. Like I said....that's any coach regardless of the school that employs them.

No.

We finished 2nd in the west and had the 2nd best record in the SEC that year.
