Most LSU fans would agree we are ranked too high at the moment. But it's hard to say who had really earned their ranking.

If MSU isn't a quality win, then neither aTm nor LSU have one. So, you could make an argument for either of them, at the moment.

IMO, LSU is more overrated because the D seems to have taken a step back. The offense is better, but that isn't saying a whole lot.

In retrospect, the ratings for AU and OM were absurd.
Right now, LSU looks a little too high, but they're undefeated....

Why is it so surprising that LSU can't throw the ball and/or is an awful passing team!!!?? It's been that way since Les Miles arrived at LSU......this isn't anything NEW!!!

Clearly no one on TD has watched LSU football over the past decade!!! CLEARLY!!!

LSU, and I am being serious. I think the talent is there but Les will dick it up a couple times by trying to run Fournette into a brick wall for 4 quarters against teams with serviceable defenses. Still think LSU goes 10-2 though.

Name one LSU back this year who has busted one of those big TD runs Fournette keeps breaking off
Guice AND Williams have both broken long runs to inside the 5, IIRC. Not TD's, but not too shabby for the limited amount of plays they get.

It hard to disagree with lsu at the moment. Im not as worried about the WR's as i am about the defense.

To me the defense just looks ok, nothing great.

Obviously the OL and RB positions are top notch. And Brandon Harris looks pretty darn good as well. He cant throw and catch the ball at the same time unfortunately.

But penalties and special teams are a glaring weakness for LSU and will cost them at least one game. No doubt in my mind.
