Name one LSU back this year who has busted one of those big TD runs Fournette keeps breaking off. Waiting...waiting...

That's not the point. What makes LF7 special is his ability to turn those 15-20 yarders into 60 yarders. The point is that our other backs are perfectly capable of being effective with our Oline. 6 yards before contact is an insane number

I'd have to say LSU. They DO have the best player in CFB

Think how good we will be when we put our other 21 guys on the field. Don't put too much stock in the dozen talking heads calling LSU a one man team.

Who would you say was the most over rated last week?

In terms of ability, LSU. In terms of resume and accomplishments, none. All of them deserve to be ranked where they are.

Its hard to say LSU is overrated right now. I won't argue it, but I'd call them an unknown if anything.

Why is it when a team can't run the ball for crap but flings it around 50 times a game, they are seen as prolific and high octane but not one dimensional?

I was simply saying what a good game for Fournette is right now. In order for Bama and UF to not lose by default, they have to hold him to a relatively mediocre/average performance or worse. If Fournette has a "good" game, they might as well not even have a defense out there.

once they get to the meat of their schedule a one dimensional offensive attack and a above average defense probably won't support a top 5 ranking.

LSU won an SEC Championship 42-10 with Jordan Jefferson amassing TWENTY FIVE YARDS TOTAL.

Stopping Myles Garrett is more daunting

Our left tackle made Garrett wear lipstick and pee sitting down last year.

Ole Miss...........LSU can beat anyone on a given day with L.F. ( Accept Bama ) they have to have 150-200 yards passing to beat Bama at home, if they get that much passing and LF has a good game it will be a 50/50 game. Their QB better get better quick.

Coker has one good game and BAMA is handing out QB advice............just made my night!!!

Exactly. Ole Miss's inability to run the ball is why I picked Florida to win. You have to be able to run the ball to win the SEC.

A beautiful question that will unfortunately be ignored because it will expose these other teams....

Talk about one dimensional, these other teams couldn't win a game running the ball anymore than LSU could passing.......HOW IRONIC!!!

A&M.........you can't give up 200 yards a game rushing and be very good. Especially considering 19 sacks and still 200 a game?

LSU passed for 87 yards last year against Bama and was an untimely penalty away from winning that game. They don't need to do anything more than just catch the ball and continue to run, which is especially easy when all Bama does is play man to man on 3rd down without a spy in most cases. Anthony Jennings actually looked good against Bama. I wouldn't be too proud yet.

EASILY aggie and LSU. But no worries, they will be exposed sooner or later.

Gump brainwash programming kicking in at the thought of complimenting LSU...and the next sentence is...

Florida.

They have one quality win, which is questionable of what kind of quality. And, they should have lost to Tennessee.
