Total wins in a vacuum by itself a flawed metric for a few reasons:
1. Some programs began way earlier than others
2. Some programs have played in much easier divisions or conferences than others for large portions of their history.
It has SOME merit, but you have to use it as a metric along with a ton of others just to get the whole story.

aTm only has 8 more wins than Arkansas even with 20 more years in the Texas league?
