The other thread brought up an interesting thought when I checked Arkansas' numbers. According to College Football Data Warehouse, Arkansas sits at 693 wins. Florida is at 691 wins.
Who gets to that 700 win club first?
Alabama 850
Tennessee 811
Georgia 777
LSU 761
Auburn 734
Texas A&M 709
Who joins them?

Will be a close race in 2017 to see who hits it first

It would have to be Florida

Arkansas...this year...in the bowl game. 8-4 regular season, 9th and 700th win in the bowl.

Nice try.
One of these is not like the others in terms of how many of those wins were earned as a member of the SEC.

That, my fellow Gator, is a great point!
Maybe we should be looking at average wins per season instead of total wins.

Total wins was never a bragging point anyway. In all my time here, I haven't heard one person brag about total wins... except westcoastag earlier in this thread.

So Arky has 676 wins in 121 seasons at an average of .596 wins per season against inferior competition and
UF has 691 wins in 108 seasons at an average of .629 wins per season against SEC competition.
And UF has a record of 9-1 against the Hogs. UF has 8 SEC championships compared to 0 for Arky,
Surely you have the a lot to brag about when comparing to UF. Woooo Pig sillllllly, Razorback!

Since 1906
Alabama 815
Tennessee 771
Georgia 742
LSU 724
Auburn 697
Florida 691
Texas A&M 669
Arkansas 661
So Florida only moves up two spots if we limit to the time period UF has played football.

How many of the vacated ones do you count? I know theres got to be a least a few, we all know how Bama likes to count things they didn't earn.
