lolwat?

the extension you gave sumlin in 2013 changed his buyout from 6+ mil to now his entire salary running thru 2019, which is close to $20 million. you have the worst contracted coach in the sec.

You know I hate to agree with you BJ, well other then football season when we start our usual sniping at each other's teams... but I have to agree with you on your post.

Auburn was utterly snake bit last year in basketball. Jacobs may be a tool but Pearl was a very solid hire. Some years you are just hosed. I thought Pearl was an excellent hire for Auburn when they signed him, I still think he is an excellent hire.

I am getting a laugh at the A&M fan talking about shitty contracts/buyouts

Live in the past more

Both programs are in the shitter RIGHT NOW

I think you missed the point. Both teams were in the shitter in 2012:
Mizzou 5-7, 2-6 (SEC)
Auburn 3-9, 0-8 (SEC)

In 2013 they met in Atlanta.

Why am I trying to explain this to an Aggie? What the frick are you gonna gloat about?

Yeah but that was three years ago, and quite frankly we can afford a frick up like that easier than Auburn can.

Yall fricked up THIS WEEK with an extension. That means yall are in the catbird seat.

Enjoy it while it lasts, the Ole Miss punishments will hit or we will lose another QB and the spotlight will focus elsewhere.

Well I was referring to an SEC Championship and NC appearance, but I'm not surprised that went over your head.

We give our coach an extension after an 11 win season.

Auburn gives their coach an extension after last in the west

Edit: Included Chiz's last season

We gave Sumlin a terrible extension after our best season since 1956.

Yall gave Malzahn a terrible extension after going 7-6.

They aren't comparable situations.

There's not one sport at Auburn I would trade rosters with right now. Including football

I agree yall really fricked up. We just extended his current deal one year and have a partial buyout. Pennies compared to A&M's frick up

Oh you mean all that ancient history that happened before your big bro won their last national title?

In that case I would argue winning a Heisman at A&M is more notable than GOING to a national title at Auburn. Yall are a better program, or you should be.

Great! Considering you've accomplished so little in football I think I'll keep our roster.
I might've traded QBs with you before your dumbass coaches ran them all off.

We can afford to do shite like that. The difference in revenue last year between Auburn and Texas A&M is large enough we could buy out three Sumlin's just with that difference.

yes the one year of revenue with that revenue earmarked for the stadium.

You do realize Auburn AD out performs A&M on the revenue department except for your anomaly year, dont you?
