ETA: By all accounts of LSU fan's he will be every bit of the running back Todd Gurley is and Gurley rushed for 1385 yards and 17 TDs his freshmen season, so I don't think expecting 70% of that for Fournette is too much to ask.

Last night I read 20 posts that said Fournette will be as good as Todd Gurley. As you know 1 post equals a billion people, so that means 20 billion people think Fournette will be as good as Todd Gurley

I wouldn't worry about him.

He's all hype and a product of the recruiting services machine....

Congrats

Your miserable life now consists of hating on an 18 year old kid that is 2 months removed from high school

At least wait until he runs over your slow/fat LBs before bashing him

I expect Fournette to have at least as good of a season if not better than Kelvin Taylor did as a freshman.

Taylor had a banged up offensive line, non-existing passing game, and bad playcalling that hindered his production.

Fournette, going into this season, is in a better situation than Taylor was as a true freshman.

But will it be on par with Gurley? That is what LSU fans are expecting.

Going after fellow tiger fans over Louisiana kids who left for Bama? Bold move.

He won't. UGA features Gurley extensively. LSU has primarily gone as a RB-by-committee approach.

You can't judge him based on his stats IMO. What will be his impact on games? How many impact plays per game will he have?

No we are expecting Bo Jackson, AP, Walter Payton, and Herschel Walker rolled into one.

Please don't sell us short any more.

TIA

Just following your example of cursing out other posters on internet message boards who disagree with me.

Why don't you worry about your own back's fumbling problem instead of crying about an LSU player that your program failed to land.

Les will never ruin a kid's NFL potential by running him into the ground unlike another coach I know. He has always been running back by committee. Nothing will change during LF's career at LSU.
