I joked around about that a lot

I joked more about that, I would joke more about this if it didn't set off such a shitstorm of morally outraged LSU fans

There's no spin. He was passed out on Bourbon Street. That's a really bad idea. Straightforward.

Touching someone's genitals against their will, or making someone touch your genitals against their will is sexual assault. You can't have caveats based on gender or intent, because that would open a can of worms for molesters to say "I was just pranking... It was just another guy and he was drunk! I wasn't even sexually aroused!"

If you don't want to go to jail for sexual assault, don't be a piece of shite who sexually assaults someone.

^^^and here it is. The dumbing down zero tolerance brave new world. As evidenced by the video, the guy was drunk and stupid, but clearly not a sexual deviant. This was not a sexual assault.

If it was a female being tea bagged would it be sexual assault?

If she's passed out on bourbon street having a nut unknowingly touch her ear is the least of her worries. No, that is not sexual assault.

Really, I'd be like you just had balls slap your face for a second? You weren't raped, robbed, or murdered. Thank God.

As I explained, you cannot have caveats based on intent, age, gender, drunkeness of either party, etc...

If you make someone else touch your genitals against their will, then the law must hold those people accountable. You cannot have molesters getting off based on the "I was not getting sexual gratification" defense. There's a bright line rule for a reason.

Everyone who says stuff like this would surely change their tune if it happened to their own daughter.

"Judge, I was merely making an artistic expression by sticking my penis in WorkinDawg's daughter's ear. I was not in any way sexually aroused, and it was all in good fun. I know she told me to stop, but it was ok because I wasn't aroused."

The real thing is I teach my 3 children 10 and under, watch what kinda of tricks you pull on your silblings and friends. What might seem innocent and funny at the time, Can get someone hurt, or you in big trouble, once you cross a certant line. Once you become an about can land you in jail. If at this age they can show self control, an adult should too.

Boys and girls are different.

Boys play grabass in middle school locker rooms, I would feel differently if someone grabbed my daughters arse.

Don't tell me about caveats of the law, because you're talking about how we would feel in common sense. You can't have it both ways

I wouldn't. The most I would probably do is push the guy and then leave. Sorry, but it's just some petty shite that I'm not going to get too upset about.

I still think it's ridiculous that he got jail time.

What???

He was a 33-year-old man, with a wife and kids...

He pulls out his junk, in a crowded, public restaurant and places it on the face of a stranger...

I agree, but LA has to play hardball because of dealing will a those crazy Cajuns. Angola is not for the weak of heart.
