Worse than that. He lost his job. And the victim ended up leaving school.
This may have seemed like a funny prank at the time, but two people's lives were drastically affected. It's a sad example of the consequences of getting drunk in a public place (for both the teabagger and the recipient.) There's a story about this if you (as in the OP) search for it.

The onlookers who encouraged this pos should have been charged as well. But as in other cases involving Alabama, I am sure they were all good kids who made a mistake and deserve a second chance. That is the official party line is it not? The only ones to be commended in this sorry case are the Alabama sheriff who did the right thing and Hibbbit Sports.

Omg so litteral, ok maybe not kill, but a good ole fasion add kicking would be more appropriate for That situation. I'm very against violence, but as a girl if that was me number 1 I agree, I would never pass out anywhere on bourbon street, gross. But if I would have woke up in the middle of it his balls would have been in a vice grip.
