I stand corrected. It looks like Kiffin and Sark were OC's for 2005 and 2006. So I guess for actual QB development Kiffin has no experience. Is this right?

This is the only concrete evidence I've seen, but I still question it. Crompton had nothing to do but improve, he was a raw talent guy, completely undeveloped (multiple OCs while on campus), that sucked miserably prior to 2009. Kiffin didn't coach QBs while at UT that one year, David Reaves was the QB coach and Cheney was OC.
Sure, Mike Bobo is OC/QB coach and Richt has a hand in helping coach QBs, but we know that based on Richt's past as an OC/QB coach. Do we have any sort of similar evidence for Kiffin? No. Hell, we don't know if he even glanced over at the QBs more than briefly during practice in 2009.

I have no clue (and no one else does either) who has the best talent, currently, at QB between LSU and Alabama.
But....... I will take Cam Cameron working with our QB's all day, every day, over Lane Kiffin working with Bama's. No Freaking Contest on this issue.
