Toss up right now. I do think Coker will have a bigger impact in the long run however (unfortunately)

Bama. Cornwell, Bateman, and Coker have NFL level upside. Doesn't mean they'll reach it, odds are none of them come close, but the upside is there.

Not that LSU doesn't have talent. They do.

What Alabama QB currently on the roster had led a game winning drive at all, much less one of 99 yds?

Leading one game winning drive is the criteria that is the best indicator for future success?

He followed that up with a miserable bowl game

when a true freshman does it in less than 2 minutes, it certainly means a lot more than holding a clip board for Winston or Mccarron.

Tim Tebow led an 80 yard game winning drive as a second year player in the NFL playoffs and look where he is now.

No one is saying he is going to be the next pro football star. Is it wrong to choose the guy who actually helped win a game?

A "drive" of 99 yards? Didn't Arkys shitty CB get burned by a top SEC WR for a long TD?

Thank you for calling Dural a Top SEC WR.

Keep in mind it was backup QB, Center, and WR on that drive. Flame on though.

I'd hardly consider 7 catches and 145 yds for the entire season a top SEC WR

Bama and it isn't close.

Harris and Cornwell equal out.

Bolden and Sims equal out.

That leaves:

Jennings (don't know about him yet)

Rettig (very talented)

Coker (supposedly very very talented. Cannon of an arm)

Bateman (top QB imho his recruiting class)

Most of the qb on our roster can't remember when a game winning drive was needed against Arkansas.

Well he's played a game since then and looked awful. What does that mean?

At the moment I'll take the QB whose had the most experience in clutch situations

It means that he has more experience and the opportunity to learn from his mistakes

would have to be lsu's situation ... their qb has experience ... significant experience ...

and tebow didn't lead anyone on a 'drive' ... he got lucky ...

Dural was wide the frick open. It's not like Jennings hit him in traffic while running for his life. Was it clutch? Sure. But let's not act like it was some incredible throw.
