That's a good idea. One of the problems with a consolidated university would literally be what to call the school. The MSU folks wouldn't want it to be UM and the OM folks wouldn't want to be MSU.


Grisham University...has a nice ring to it.






Of course, it would be located in Starkville.

The obvious answer is Mississippi University, or MU.

That way State fans would get to keep their cowbells.
