I don't know.
Did Bama have a different mantra in 2019?

Yep!

Just so you know, while you won a national championship game in 2021, you won the 2020 National Championship.

I know it's a tough concept for some.

Don't tell me that you are going to brag about beating a 7 win Ohio team with a first year QB during a covid epidemic. Lol

We beat a shitty Georgia team that year by 17 too. Sorry you guys are soft and couldn't handle the China flu

Was he also going to play defense? Both Ingram and Richardson rushed for over 100 yards each.

Now whether that was Saban's game plan all along or not, who knows but Bama still only put up 263 yards of total offense.

Difference in the game was turnovers from a true freshman QB . Bama got the ball inside our 20 like 3 times.

Mr. Sonny suggested that we should have started our backup in the 2021 National Championship game

I guess it would have made it more fair

Maybe you should have tried that in the 2021 national championship game.

Maybe. But it was going pretty well until the loss of a WR.

Honestly, I have always thought Bama should have started Hurts in the 2019 Title Game to counter Dabo's prep for Tua. Wait for adjustments, or if Hurts wasn't getting it done, they bring in Tua.

Great point! Maybe Alabama should start their backup Saturday.

They've been starting the 3rd string QB since week 4

Greg Mc Elroy played hurt in that Texas game. He could hardly throw the ball, making Julio Jones into a glorified blocking TE. Julio Jones.

So Alabama lined up and ran the ball down Texas' throat. A full strength Mc Elroy means a wide open Alabama offense, and Bama probably scores 50.

We were shitty.

That's what happens when we didn't return our coordinators, playbook, and QB during a once in 100 year pandemic.

In case you didn't know, you can't pick up a playbook via zoom and expect to rep it very well

My bad.

All of the 1980 posts were lies. They should have been 1981.

You are right.

Well, if things happen the way, they should’ve. Nebraska should’ve been playing in that game.

That fake one second being added to the clock. After time, it clearly expired, some official saw $100,000 check deposited into his account the next day for sure.

So, it's your position a 3 loss Nebraska team ranked #22 would've played Bama in the NC game if they beat Texas?

I understand part of your shtick is an exaggeration of the regular aggy disfunction and little brother syndrome, but what do you get out of just making up things like the clock clearly expiring? I get that you'll twist any possible subjective event into aggyness, but why just make up lies about objective events? Is it just mental illness?

In the first quarter, they sacked McElroy like 4 times and held Alabama scored a whopping 0 points.

Really??? Texas University must have been up big at that point? LOL.

What if half the teams who scored first on Bama in 2009 lost their quarterbacks in the second series of the game?

Supposedly Mccelroy was playing with bruised ribs. He did stink it up in that game.

*cracked

Other footnotes: he still did not quit on his team when they needed him the most.

Note my earlier post. He could hardly throw the ball. He was out there because he would make few mistakes and not turn it over/.

But Julio Jones was practically no use.

The backup plan if he couldn't go was to burn AJs redshirt so they didn't really have a choice but to play around him.

If the 4 game rule has been around then who knows what the plan would have been had Texas made it more of a game and we needed to throw

It's been well-established here that there are no such things as key injuries. If your backups aren't as good as your starters then it's your problem.
