You mean the song that alabama plays that was written by a tennessean, that is about Tennessee, and references Tennessee from beginning to end? If those idiots wanna keep playing a song that praises Tennessee then I'm all for it

We won't be playing sweet home alabama anytime soon

To answer the question, I like the Georgia band solo trumpet before the game.

Glad you appreciate that. Gives me chills but I never see other SEC fans regard it up there with some of the other things we have.

I only witnessed Sandstorm once (that 2012 disaster), but that was something to behold. I know it was probably the most intense that stadium has ever been but I knew we were fricked in that pregame.

I'll try to do one for every school that I've been to and witnessed in person.

Alabama: the pregame intro with Thunderstruck and the rundown of championships with 100k people yelling at the top of their lungs in anticipation. That is about as good as it can get.

Arkansas: was not very impressed with anything about the in game experience. Pig Sooie is fine but not goosebump worthy.

Auburn: my only experience was in 03 during the Obamanu game. Your student section is the most underrated in America. Y'all can get deafening at times. Those shakers are a sight to behold. Wish Ole Miss was at that level. Maybe this year with the new end zone location will keep sound in better than before.

Georgia: I have to admit, most underrated pregame experience in the SEC. The videoboard elements, Larry Munsen speaking after the solo trumpet plays those 8 notes, and then the Saturday in Athens video gave me goosebumps and I am an Ole Miss fan.

LSU: pregame band in Tiger Stadium is the best in the country. Something about the poor toilets and concession stands give me a nostalgic feel about the experience too. The old dorms inside the stadium conjure up the ghosts of yesteryear in a way that nobody else can imitate.

Mississippi State: not trying to be a dick, but there's nothing that stands out traditionally about Mississippi State. The school is an embarrassment to my home state. Maybe my favorite tradition about that school is the fact that for years people would always say they didn't dress up for football games like they do at Old Piss, yet flash forward to the fall everyone literally is trying to dress like Ole Miss fans. The only added touch is a Polo hat. State fans single handedly keep that company in business.

Ole Miss: I don't think enough people know about the pregame celebrity Hotty Toddy cheer. We've been doing it since 98 and its featured some great moments. Yellow schedule cards are an added tradition I like that we've kept.

Sakerlina: I was at the original Sandstorm game in 09. Holy hell that was loud.

Tennessee: thought this was one of the lamest experiences I've ever had in college football. Running through the T, the Vol Navy, and cramming into a stadium on stilts just felt like a lame version of a Baylor game day experience than what the SEC should be like. Sorry, not for me.

Vanderbilt: the tailgating there is very underrated. Easily accessible to bars and restaurants before and after the game. RIP Hollywood Disco. Basketball games in Memorial Gym are an amazing experience. You need to go if you haven't before.

I don't think most people realize the entire stadium gets into it, not just the students. But you're right that we were especially hyped up that night. Loudest I've heard it

I like LSU tradition of drinking pure liquor instead of beer at tailgates

What's so great about the Tennessee game day experience? Even a Titans game day is better than the Vols.

Tennessee is typically regarded as one of the top 10 tailgating/game day experiences in the country. You're entitled to your opinion but comparing UT to Baylor is just laughable.

Maybe 20 years ago. Now it's one of the bottom 4 in the SEC.

You mean 2013? They weren't allowed to perform in 2015 because of Alleva's bullshite.

Yeah I think I'll go with everyone else's opinions and not Cajunbama's and DingDongEddie's from the internet.

Yes, you are trying to be a dick. The cowbells whether you like them or not are 100 times better tradition than that gay arse "Hotty Toddy", and no one is trying to copy Ole Miss' dress code. I mean no one.

Pretty much every Tennessee fan hates Wes Rucker. Uninformed and poor attempt at humor imo. Would've worked better using Clay Travis or Brent Hubbs
