I'm a big fan of traditional CFB and age-old symbols, pageantry, mascots, traditions, etc.;
especially the SEC.

My favorite SEC traditions in no order:

Rocky Top/Smoky/Checkerboards
Aggie War Hymn/Reveille/12th Man
Soooooeee Cheer, Razorback helmet design
Colonel Reb (RIP :) Dixie, Hoddy Toddy, Archie Who, Grove
Yea! Alabama, Houndstooth Hats
War Eagle Pregame flight, Village on the Plains, tailgating
Cowbells (sometimes)
Ugga, Hedges, Athens bars
My Old Kentucky Home

LSU of course, all of them.
Pregame Hold That Tiger 4-corners salute
Mike
Night games
Chinese Bandits
White Home Jerseys
H Goalposts
5 yard line markers
Win Bar
Tailgating
etc....
