I see it. Not that as bad as the other pic makes it seem to be, but still..not a very great spot for seats. Seems like they could maybe remove that last row or 2 to alleviate that.

The SEC will suck again in basketball outside of UK and UF. An average team has a chance to get 20+ wins next year if the are well coached. AU has a chance to be at least average with Pearl as the coach.

only 2 seats in the arena have obstructed views, one on each side of the press box and the only sell them in "sell outs"

On paper they're worse than last year.

We will be a much better team and fun to watch, but our ooc schedule is extremely tough. I think all but 2 teams are tournament teams from last year.

Pearl will need to get more talent in the house. I'd just like a respectable season this first year.

Are Auburn fans even excited about Pearl?

Auburn returns one of two scorers from last year and replaced the other with the guy from Niagara. There's no production returning outside of that.

Because we brought in a whole new team. On paper, they are more talented than last year's team and the guy from niagra is one of the leading returning scorers in the country.

probably a better chance than our asses, which isn't saying much

Pearl is rebuilding a shite show left by Barbee - the results probably won't be instantaneous but in the long run he will develop a winner

Is he really that much better than the guy who averaged 18 or 19 a game last year? I honestly don't know because Niagara was one of the worst teams in the country.

I wouldn't be surprised if Auburn went .500 in conference because the league is awful yet again. But I'm sure you all would be happy with that year 1.

Well we added the Nations leading returning scorer and the Nations #1 Juco PF.

I think we'll be a bubble team

Not sure, but we added several other pieces as well that appear to be upgrades on paper.

Increased talent, with an exponentially better coach, makes us better on paper imo.

I think we will do well in conference this year, but I'm worried about our early ooc games.

I think we will be an nit team at best though. And that is a big step in the right direction.

And it's very nice. I've always enjoyed visiting the AU Arena. They had lot of energy & noise even when they were putting a poor team on the court. I can't imagine what that joint will be like when Bruce gets loose in there and gives the fans something to really scream about.

I'm jealous and pissed at the same time.
