The biggest question mark of all to me is Kirby Smart.
I know people like to think that he is a great coach, but nobody knows what sort of game manager he will be as a coach. For all anyone knows, he may be a Les Miles level retard when it comes to clock management.
It's just not a good bet.
However, UGA should be able to rush for about 500 yards against UNC. They are NOT GOOD at stopping the run. At all.

If I had to bet on each.
I wouldn't touch most of these though on opening weekend.
ETA:
Reasoning:
Notre Dame has had some turmoil and I think Strong and Texas improve a good amount this year. It’s also in Austin.
Clemson has Deshaun Watson and Auburn has Kevin Steele’s pass defense.
Alabama is really fricking good every year and USC does not have depth and an average coach.
UGA/UNC was tough. UNC returns a good bit of defense from a very solid unit and UGA is in a coaching transition and likely starting a freshman QB or giving him tons of PT.
UCLA is going to surprise and TAMU is going to disappoint this year. Sumlin fired at years end.
Houston returns a shite ton of players from a very good team and have an elite coaching mind. Big Game Bob blows another big game.
FSU also returns a ton and Ole Miss loses a ton.

Oklahoma Vs Houston: Houston +10
FSU Vs Ole Miss: Ole Miss +4.5

If smart is a Les Miles level retard, I would put all kinds of money on Georgia to win big in a non-conference game.

Dude, come on. I know people love them some Les Miles, but that dude is notorious for mismanaging the clock during games.
ETA: I would probably go so far as to say that Kirby Smart is going to have a few gaffes in the clock management portion of his job before he hits his stride as a head coach. Georgia will probably be left thinking quite a few times this season.

So, you know what's going to happen in the UCLA game?
no i have no clue
i just think it's one of the safer ones, but i'm not betting on any week 1. you gotta see what you're working with first

Yes, but Les' record in non-conference regular season games is elite. Like, very elite.

Any particular reasoning?
Last year ND won by 35.

I will say that Les Miles clock management issues are more ridiculed than anyone elses. Check Hugh freeze out. Watch the end of the 2014 LSU Ole Miss game. Talk about retard. Even God Saban has clock management issues from time to time. In more than a decade at LSU, Les Miles has a couple, but they are overly ridiculed. As if no one else has clock management issues

"Rosen is gonna be very good" is wonderful logic for wagering
Good at what though? It's a new offense with a new coach that he's never been exposed to. Our pass defense is going to be very good.....

The defense was incredibly young last year and their pass defense actually wasn't that bad. Those guys are a year older now. They're just really such an unknown on offense with a freshman qb and a new OC.
I think they're trending in the right direction, but how much remains to be seen. I could still see an upset against ND as they beat some pretty good teams last year (Oklahoma and Baylor).

They return a ton of experience and added a great recruiting class that should contribute immediately.
Also, 3 of their losses last year were by 3 pts or less and a couple in heartbreaking fashion.
I think their defense will really be solid this year and the offense will be good enough to not frick up too many times.
I think they go 9-3.
(and FTR, Notre Dame lost a ton of players even before their recent turmoil)

Also FTR, if LSU is -9.5 I would take Wisconsin.
Wisky almost never gets blown out and its in Green Bay.

The Real USC will be playing Vandy on the 1st and winning.
frick off.
Clemson Vs Auburn: Auburn +7.5
I'd still say "The Real One" will win...meaning Auburn, assfrick.
Goddamn Auburn wanna-be's.

I don't agree with everything, but thanks for giving a real answer.
