jesus christ. What a load of reporter lipservice horse shite. Every team says this before the season and during fall camp.
"we've really bought in to coach's philosophy"
"so and so is really stepping up as a leader"
"so and so has been really hitting the weights. He's a different animal this year"
"so and so is catching everything in camp"
It's not so farfetched to think that a team can have new, positive energy when a new coaching staff comes in. I'm sure UGA players feel the same way with Kirby.
Spurrier was great, but Muschamp has brought a new, intense perspective that by all accounts the team is responding positively to.
Back to the first point, we beat Vandy last year the week after Spurrier retired and our defense (that was terrible last year) was able to contain Webb and hold Vandy to 10 points. Just having Muschamp and the rest of the D staff will already make our D better from a strategic standpoint. It's not implausible to think that we can beat them this year.

You left off app state +20.5 vs. UT
App St should cover with no problem in that game. I would not be surprised to see App St score over 30 on UT.

It's not far fetched. It's expected. But she said that Carolina had a dynamic that they didn't have in the past and proceeded to use fall camp cliche's. Nothing tangible about that.

It's not. I just think Vandy wins at home at night against a South Carolina team we know nothing about.
