Any chance they can still play this weekend? Move it to Sunday or Monday maybe?

I'd charter the plane and get the kids Saturday morning. UF will still pussy out but literally beat on their goddamn door.

No because the game preperation was called off. Players getting time off. Coaches are going on recruiting.

Will be hilarious when it turns out to be a nice day in Gainesville on Saturday, and the retards get on here to make fun of LSU fans who were worried about the storm, but then remember they flipped their narrative to "zomg pray for us!"

They're going to be confused as to which approach to take

I'm sure they could come back. They have only known it was cancelled since mid afternoon today.

What are you looking at? Latest update has it Cat 4 and it's tracking Northwest.

Didn't every other game in this area reschedule for the weekend or postpone already? But Florida LSU just gets essentially canceled

Recruiting during this devastation? The region needs them at home passing out care packages and cleaning up debris! People need help not football!!

They are only reporting what NHC is saying and radar is seeing.

Every other Florida school is playing on Sunday with the exception of one ( I don't remember which ) that had a common bye week and rescheduled it for then.

That's what I am seeing also. The eye is off of the coast, but the Weather Channel had the eye skirting the entire coast this morning.

I'm guessing most Florida fans living on the Eastern coast are breathing a giant sight of relief that they won't deal with 9 ft storm surge and the most powerful Hurricane in the last 20 years hammering their house and community, and don't give a flying fvck what it means to some rednecks message board argument about a football game.

This is why postpone Saturday, tentative for Monday should have been invoked. If it was bad, ok, cancel Monday as well but let's wait and see.
