Any idiot can cherry pick numbers, one way or the other. The simple fact is that the series is almost exactly even since A&M went coed and dropped the military requirement, which seems a logical way by which to define the “modern era.“

You are a strange person. I have degrees from both schools. Both of my parents attended UT. My father played ball for Coach Royal.
Both are huge, well-funded institutions. Since the time they have been on essentially-even footing, their performance has been comparable.
