All star sunny side up hash browns sausage white toast coffee and large milk...$12...any place else that shite is $17 easy.

Watch them make my food...ask them to wait on my waffle and let me finish my eggs...most waitresses at the one by house know my order...how can you go wrong...
Sneaky plus, wife hates it...

IHOP > waffle house

Every IHOP I've ever been to has been mediocre and full of elderly people.

I remember when I drove to Pendleton, my wife and I stopped at the WH in Tucson. It was glorious.

I lived in AZ when they got that Waffle House and went on opening day. None of the staff were familiar with a lot of the food and it was pretty bad. I'm assuming it's much better now, 15 years later.

Texas ain't the south in anyway other than geographical location....extreme east Rexas is.....and some of Houston, but not much.....Dallas is solidly Midwest, and no one would mistake anything west of a line between Houston and Dallas the south.....Texans are not southern either......again they are much more like people in Chicago and St Loius than people in Atlanta and Birmingham and Charlotte. There isn't anything wrong with that but Texas is most assuredly only southern in its physical location in the same way Los Angeles is southern......

Damn straight.

But Texas ain't "Midwest" or "southwest" either. Texas is Texas. It fits nowhere else.

Ole Miss has one in Batesville at least

Coincidentally, when we were looking for houses between Lafayette County and Panola County, this somehow became a topic of discussion with my kids, who said, "we are not Huddle House people."

By no means was it the deciding factor or even a real critical component, BUT we did choose Batesville, and we have a Waffle House breakfast at least one Sunday every month

Actually, it fits rather nicely

They wouldn't even have to change the décor.
We just have to find something to trade for.
