Years ago Gene Chizik was spotted having breakfast with the referee crew for the game at Waffle house in Auburn. Not sure if true or not but i've boycotted them ever since I hope they all burn down for allowing this meeting to happen. Starkville Cafe is 100 times better than waffle house. After the guy getting his brains beat in at the Waffle house in west point and the old waffle house giving me food poison then going out of business the next day i try to avoid them in Mississippi.

If anybody wants to fight, I'm heading to the Clairmont Rd I-85 Waffle House in a few minutes. I'll be the big black dude with the face tat. Come at me.

All valid points. And props for the love given to Sonics breakfast toasters. But Taco Bell?

There are also locations in 11 of the 14 ACC towns, missing only the northern cities of Pittsburgh, Boston and Syracuse. - ESPN

Just like ESPN to mention the ACC is a SEC article

Here's that Bourdain segment..... he experiences waffle house for the first time, late night, drunk, and in authentic context with police lights in parking lot.

You're so stupid. But given the amount of mediocrity you accept with everything else, this isn't surprising.

Whataburger honey butter chicken biscuit for the win. However, College Station does need a Waffle House.

Has anyone actually tried the Taco Bell breakfast? Just seeing they have Mountain Dew Orange Citrus as a breakfast item in the commercials should be enough to dissuade the average person.

Don't they they have a new taco shell made out of a fried egg that they stuff full of pototos, other eggs and whatever they try to pass as meat?

Just sounds well... disgusting.

Your list is shite. All them alternatives and you don't list one good place with awesome biscuits. Jack's, Hardee's, Bojangles, etc are all better than your choices. Still doesn't touch Waffle House though.

Thank God there is no WH in CStat. There’s one in Katy, Texas and I swear it is the home of the genetically-incorrect. It is a freaking circus show in there...

Each Waffle House is different, it's really according to what area they're located in. The one that's local to me isn't in a dump area, so there's not much trash in there unless you go at like 2 am.

I threw the Taco Bell in kinda as a joke. They have a pretty good breakfast burrito though, surprisingly. I've only eaten it a couple times though. just the idea of taco bell serving "breakfast" is terrifying, but my low expectations were exceeded. I prefer drive through if i'm hungover. If i want a full spread i cook it myself. I like gravy and all restaurant gravy blows big donkey balls because it comes out of a packet or is a powder mix. Everybody knows gravy is sposed to be made from spicy sausage grease.
