No kidding. Every place has a local joint that serves good food.
The beauty of WH is that you can be all alone on a 24 hour road trip back from some place, in the middle of the night in BFE, and see a WH and know exactly what you're about to eat and enjoy. It can re-charge the batteries just enough for you to make it home.
BBB is good. Where are they at 2 am in Ruston when you're trying to make it home in time for Opening Morning of Duck Season? Waffle House would be there. Every time.

There are 2 Waffle Houses next to eachother at Chamblee Tucker/285/85. The older one is only for To Go cooking I think and then a newer one that is a sit down Waffle House that replaced the old one.

It's like that on the Villa Rica exit on I-20 West. One on the north end of the exit by Walmart and one on the south end of the exit. Probably 1/4 mile apart.

It looks like youse guys have Denny’s in the South, so I’d add them & Cracker Barrel above

Well, being honest, that isn't true. There is one on Epps Bridge as well. Not Athens, but they built a new one in Bethlehem, too.
