Ain't no way the majority of your fans would welcome back Kiffin. Course, he wouldn't return anyway.

Lane regrets leaving VOLS and considers it the biggest mistake of his career, per back channels. He has yet to find the unconditional love that East Tennesseeans gave him many moons ago. His son thats named Knox is a daily reminder of the life he once had and can have again.

Kiffin comes back to Tennessee, Vols win NC, Kiffin bigger hero than Lebron

It is, but it may not be an issue if the Lyle rumors are true. We're about to be flush with cash.
Don't get your hopes up.
Also, no way Tennessee would hire Petrino.

No. We aren't firing Butch, paying his buyout, and then paying someone else's buyout that is going to be better than Lyle. Maybe he leaves on his own and we waive the buyout to another school?

Now here's the bad news for the SEC, per sources, Petrino has been in talks with Blackburn .
His buyout with UL is $10 million. Gruden is more likely.

bullshite on that. That's been UT's pipe dream for over a decade now, and there's some strong arse stuff in that pipe. Chronic, even.

He looks pretty unhappy there.
The only way for him to leave would be if he had just had enough.

Will take any of 1-4. Although I'm hearing Leach is on the board as well.
THIS WOULD BE THE BIGGEST SHOCK SINCE......WELL.......LAST WEEK!

hmm. Smartass jokes aside, may actually be something to it.
It's easy to rag on the rival coaches, but it would be disheartening to lose a high profile job.

I am just now hearing this but the only thing I could imagine is that his doctors are telling him to step away for his health.
