The final spot looks correct, the method to get there seems arbitrary.
Why don't you go back and watch the video again and see where there's a coach walking up behind the ref saying something to him just as the ref turns around and looks. It's pretty obvious to me he's looking because someone is saying something to him.
But I guess no amount of evidence, even an unbiased Arkansas fan posting proof, is going to change you 'tards minds.

I could agree with that. Doesn't change why his foot decided to randomly pirouette when making the spot.
There is more than one thing going on in all of this. There needs to be more before and after. Also, the guy doing the talking is on the opposite side from him when he starts looking back, but that is too deep to get into.

We didn't see where his eyes were... and the guy was walking down the sideline. He could have anticipated that he would end up on the other side of him and turned his head to meet him where he thought he'd end up instead of starting on one side and then having to turn his head to follow him. It's usually what people do.
