A lot of bads call and missed calls in the game though.

The Bears are a good team for sure and there were a lot of missed calls in the game namely holding calls.

Dallasdchi achieved the result he was looking for - this clip will be linked to and referred to for the next 20 plus years. Even though it proves nothing more than some very sad people will never be convinced the Illuminati really don't care about football.

I only read the first page.

I don't know why the ref went around the world to spot the ball there, but I thought the play clearly got a first down when it happened. I think the spot was accurate or even a bit short. Maybe the ref was blind and thought he didn't make the first down but got paid by the REC or the Taliban to cheat, I don't know. But, I think the play resulted in a first down.

I don't think Bama is paying refs, although it does seem like for years and years Bama has been on the beneficial side of the refs screw ups.

Just more video proof of how our officiating is not up to the level that it should be.

you're a fricking tard if you think that wasn't pass interference.

It wasn't. Even the announcers were saying it was just good defense. You're wrong. Do you see why? Thanks.

I don't think they are either because they don't have to. The peer pressure these Birmingham area residents face to make sure Bama wins every Saturday must be unreal. Bama fans are so irrational that they would make these guys' personal lives unbearable if they ever blew a borderline call that caused Bama to lose a game.

That was a 4th and inches play too. Nice of the ref to give him the extra 5 or 6 inches.

Dumb post. The refs don't live in Birmingham.

It happens for every team in every game. When it happens for the aggies, or for LSU, or whomever, people say, "oh! We were lucky!" When it happens for Alabama, people say... "oh! fricking cheaters! They are paying the refs".

THAT'S what's ludicrous.

There are bad calls, then there is THIS - That you are suggesting this is just a ref making a mistake is what is ludicrous. Please explain his thought process, or rather your thought process, as he goes thru what is shown on the video?

The fact there is no plausible explanation is the reason for the uproar. Just like the review official claimed there was no refutable evidence to overturn PP7's interception, when there clearly was.

You can tell me the sky is green all day long, but you and I both know the real color.........

The over turned fumble call was the correct call, the "expert" didn't know what he was talking about. Before the review, Wagers clearly states that the call on the field was "a fumble out of bounds.". In other words, Lester fumbled in bounds, but the ball was not recovered by either team before going out of bounds; therefore, there were two aspects of the play to look at.

1) Did Lester fumble before going out - inconclusive video, call stands - correct call

2) was the ball recovered by OM before it went out - video clearly shows that it was - call overturned.

The refs didn't mess this one up, people just don't know the rules.

Yep, it proves there is bad officiating in football, and then there is highly suspicious officiating in football. It doesn't prove Bama or any other team is paying refs, but it does raise serious questions about the integrity of some officials... Look at it this way, if that was a receiver intentionally dropping passes or a qb intentionally throwing bad passes or a running back intentionally fumbling the ball, we would all be questioning whether or not he was on the take..
