Yeah, I heard Crayon Claiborne was totally worth trading up for.

Yea I am sure when VH gets in a league full of Coopers he will just magically cover them better.

Can't do any worse than Crayon, and what a bust Mathieu turned out to be. Is Peterson the only DB that's worth a frick in the NFL? Seems like it. At least Landry is still shooting up steroids to look like an NFL player.

Since the person posting the video seemed to be doing so specifically to highlight VH3, I'm curious as to the poster's motivation. Yeah, VH3 got burned pretty badly a few times (keeping in mind he was frequently covering the best receiver in the conference, if not the country, one who could make almost any defender look silly), so I'm just wondering what the guy is trying to prove. Or was it just a "here's the tape, do with it what you will" sort of thing?

I doubt he'll go top 10, but (pending his performance at the combine) first round seems almost a given. He has good instinct. He just picked a bad day to have a bad game because Cooper was too polished and too fast for any team to afford lapses.

Yea, LSU doesn't know how to get DB's drafted.

Sucks to be us.

Heard Landon Collins is Saban's sixth highest drafted DB, and would have been LSU's 7th all time... So I guess you kind of don't?

LSU is probably 4th in DBU rankings

If you don't know how many DB's LSU has had drafted, I am not going to do you any favors.

From your link. :/ LOL

7. Florida

First-round picks last 25 years: 4
Top three rounds: 8
Total drafted: 22
The skinny: The prize among the first-rounders? Joe Haden, who has worked out very well for the Cleveland Browns and has piled up 40 pass breakups over the last two seasons. Lito Sheppard, a 2002 first-rounder, averaged about nine starts per season over seven years with the Philadelphia Eagles, making 18 interceptions. Among other Gator defensive backs drafted, there are plenty who didn't deliver much in the pros, including Tony George, Keiwan Ratliff and Guss Scott.

6. LSU

First-round picks last 25 years: 4
Top three rounds: 14
Total drafted: 20
The skinny: All four of LSU's first-round picks have come since 2007, so the Tigers' mettle as DB U is high on recent impact but short on history. Arizona Cardinals star Patrick Peterson is arguably the best cornerback in the NFL today. Meanwhile, Morris Claiborne hasn't worked out nearly as well for the Dallas Cowboys. After a slow start to his career, 2005 second-rounder Corey Webster ended up with 20 interceptions and 98 pass breakups over nine years with the Giants.
