Does the fact that him showing zero remorse have anything to do with a harsh plea deal?

I guess you missed his last call where he apologized over and over, but didn't admit to it.

remorse or not, it's ridiculous that the D.A. offered something like that.

Yes its ridiculous, the fricking trees aren't even dead.

hve any of you ever seen those trees? Thos trees are the biggest eye sore on campus and they need to cut them down.

I guess that what happens when tiburithion is applied 65Xs the dose necessary to kill a fully grown oak tree.

What he did was wrong on so many levels - and beyond stupid.

But honestly who is more over the top in extreme - Harvery for his stupid act or the grown man channel 42 showed with tears rolling down his cheeks crying over the trees?

Harvey should pay for his crime - financially, with some loss of freedom and community service but in the end - they're still trees. A friggin crack dealer or a rapist gets less time and less community outcry.

Was that before or after the interview where he repeated the comment and I quote, "Roll Damn Tide!"?

Lock him up for a year or so and ban him from any UA event. He is an embarrassment. Harvey can go to hell for all I care.

To put this in perspective Cecil Collins got 15 years in 1999 and didn't kill or rape anyone either. Just a simple B&E and stalking. Release date, February 28, 2014.

13 years? For what property destruction? Yes it means a lot to a lot of people down there, but...so do people's houses and I've heard of straight up arson getting less time than that. Not to mention manslaughter, etc.

Seems like they're trying to make an example out of him because it has to do with football.

Uncle Harvey should be publicly tea-bagged by the Bama tea-bagger on Toomer's Corner, and in turn Uncle Harvey should then fatally poison the Bama Tea-bagger.
