It would have just been 8 years, but him being a bama fan, it got bumped to 13.

I agree, make it about ten. Enjoy that "14th" national championship Harvey, it's the last you'll see in a while

Not sure. Maybe they traced the call or someone snitched on his real identity.

I thought he was caught on camera. His PF appearance just made it easier to find him.

Why doesn't he just say he didn't do it? Did they have test tubes of that stuff he used on his property? Just seems like it's all based on confession to a radio host. Truly a stupid criminal and horrble defense if that's all they have on him. Even the poison would be circumstantial as their were no eye witnesses. I'm not going to even read into this because it's really a waste of time. If someone wants to explain what is so air tight about this case, I'll read it on here.

As a Bama fan, I hope he gets at least 8 years. Yall may think that is extreme, but I dont. No excuse for what he did and he has continued to mock the state of Alabama, U of A and fans like myself for his lack of remorse.

And the banishment from Alabama and Auburn games better stick. And give him restraining order form Tuscaloosa on gamedays so that I dont have to see him tailgating with other dumb shite bama fans.

Roll Tide.
