Has it all here, Clay (I still do not like him) Travis...
Now, this appears to be gaining some legs... Who knows where it goes..
Based on the photographic evidence we've presented in multiple stories on this site we're talking about over a hundred Alabama football players making hundreds of visits to a local business. While there those players signed jerseys, helmets, footballs, gloves and other football paraphernalia on multiple occasions. According to Alabama much of that paraphernalia then made its way to a kiosk in the same mall where current Crimson Tide player autographed material was sold

Can you add an edit to the OP that sets out the difference between the matters at both respective schools? I feel that it may save us from seeing the same thing posted over and over again.

I love the language Clay Travis uses in his articles. He really believes he's Bob Woodward.
"Troubling connections"
"National media feeding frenzy"
"Silence speaks volumes"
"Raising the stakes even higher in this ever growing story"
"Mark Ingram's deeply troubling ties"
God, what a tool.

Do we post pictures of all players wearing expensive suits especially when it was mentioned that the NCAA investigator was in Montgomery looking into this allegation?

I have some questions:
1. Has anyone actually been to this business or know the guy?
2. What are the supposed violations to have possibly occurred?
3. If they were actually doing something wrong, why did this dumbass have pictures all over the Internet?
The Cam saga made me nervous when the NCAA started reviewing tax returns and the MSU guys claimed to have tapes. Hard physical evidence. These pictures look shady as hell.....

Seems to violate the edit but such is the nature of the beast.
Also for relevance purposes, i'll admit i don't think this is a big issue and i hate to agree with finebaum but i think clay travis will continue to run with the story to "pimp" his website. Just glad some of the focus is on you guys..if only for a minute.

yeah sure, the difference is that the guy in montgomery talked to reporters haha

Seems fair enough. As long as there isn't any whining or crying by either side.

During the first couple of weeks, there was no difference in the stories with regards to actual investigations. Yes, at this point in the game the two stories are different, but when Camgate just started, all it was were rumors and most of the threads were allowed to stay.
I realize that AU has an investigation, but this is a message board, its about time that we got a thread for this story until it is declared a non-issue.

I have stepped foot in the business.

If the players knew that their images were being used to promote the business, or they received any payment for their autographs, their eligibility would be in question.

People are dumb.

I think that's totally fair. I'd be the same way.

Oh, I almost forgot. Since this is a legit thread now.
tic tock...
I see why everyone did that so much. It feels kinda good to type to somebody else.
