Nobody said the right thing to do was easy. If the Matthews' want people to stop criticizing their child, they should keep their mouths and their extended family's mouths shut. His aunt just ripped off the scab, so to speak.

That hadn't worked up to this point. The applause thread to the Bailey fellow's rant attacking the Matthews on your own board was proof of that.
I would really like to see the comments where young Matthews and/or his family were critical of UGA on his way out the door. Can you provide them?
If not, then I must say that responding to vicious lies with the truth is NEVER a bad option.
