Why would Dabo leave Clemson? The only place he would go is Alabama that's it.

Hence the only guy I'd look at to replace Saban should he leave

In terms of 'established' coaches, my list would be Gundy, Leach and Fuente.

For up-and-comers, it'd be Chad Morris, Scott Frost and Jeff Brohm.

Honestly, from that entire list, I'd prefer the up-and-comers.

Texas A&M

Chip Kelly - Obvious choice. An Aggie; has said A&M is his dream job.

Larry Fedora - Was my original pick when we hired Sumlin. Fedora is from College Station; brother, Lee, played baseball for A&M and currently coaches HS football in CS.

Gary Patterson - I've always thought he'd do great things at A&M

Fedora is who I wanted when we hired Mac.

Umm...

If I had my druthers (I won't), I'd pick Justin Fuente.

Yeah that's definitely a solid list. What about Chip Kelly? I doubt we could afford him right now but he could definitely turn our offense around at least.

Kelly would have to go to an LSU or Tennessee type school thats the big boy on the block in their state since hes admitted to hate recruiting.

Surprised no one said Chris Peterson. Unless I missed it.

Agreed, we'd probably have just as much chance as pulling Saban back.

Mike Norvell - Memphis
Philip Montgomery - Tulsa
Seth Littrell - UNT

I dont like hiring expensive retreads with large buyouts. Would rather take a chance with less than "proven" folks. If it doesn't work out...they are easier to fire.

Probably right, but couldn't hurt to try. He is a legit coach.

Bryan Harsin, a Chris Peterson protégé, is another guy who will likely be scooped up sooner rather than later.
