I think he looks good so far but I'm not sure we should gamble on him right now. We just need a solid coach that's a proven winner in his division. If we replace O and Frank doesn't turn us around either we could be in the cellar for a decade.

LSU would need a big name if they fire O quickly. Cost a fortune, but you can't fire him and go for up and comer. You need a home run.
