Whatever makes you guys feel better when the West shows they are better, again.

ETA: There's nothing to suggest the East has closed the gap. Not recruiting, not coaching and not the results on the field. Yet, here we are having the same argument as we have every year.

Weird.

I love how us saying it "could happen" leads to West fans going "LOL NO WAY"

My bad, I was unaware that the 2009 season was going to affect this year. Carry on.

It's the same reaction I see from this board when LSU fans suggest they could beat Alabama.

Must be nice to open the season with 1- AA opponents every year.

This is ironic coming from an East team.

And one year they'll be right.

Funny how that works

I understand it's really important for you that the West remains the top dog so you have something to brag about.

We will see how the season goes

Point out where I've bragged. I'll wait. I'm sorry that being realistic hurts so many of you East poster's feelings.

Eh... UGA has a harder OOC than Arky most years.

Well, by that token there's nothing to say the West is better

It's fun to watch the Bama dick-riding Westies (and not all of them are that way mind you, but the ones that are take the cake right outta Michael Sams' mouth) ... fun to watch the dick-riding Westies mount their dick-riding perches and pass their dick gobbling judgements on the East.

Wasn't that long ago that the East dominated - and the East will again one day. Everything goes in circles. Right now things seem to be balancing-out in coming years.

Saban is getting older.

I kinda like Coach O - IMHO he's perfect for LSU.

Ole Miss is in limbo and will suffer some in coming years.

MSU is MSU but I like Coach Mullen although I think he leaves before too much longer ... probably for Florida.

A&M has gotta make a change.

Arkansas may have shown enough patience for it to finally be paying off.

Auburn will be above average over the long haul.

---------

McElwain is not the coach of the future for Florida. They'll have to go get someone that better fits their culture.

Butch ... who knows. All depends on this season and next I suppose.

Kirby will keep UGA well above average and contending from time to time.

Boom is a perfect fit at SC ... he's a great recruiter who will get SC above average consistently.

Stoops at Kentucky will pay off over the long haul and may become their winningest coach ever.

Mizzou ... who the hell knows. They've got pride but who the hell knows? I tend to believe they'll be competitive once they get past the lingering bad press.

Vandy is gonna be Vandy. But they'll fight you.

Listen ... it just hit me. The East sorta has its hands tied having Vandy and Mizzou in their side of the conference. Neither are SEC type football schools by normal SEC standards. So this constant unmitigated bullshite about the West being better, top to bottom, than the East is probably never going to change. But the East does need to get back to winning conference championships in football, like the East does in most all of the other sports. The East is at a bit of a handicap with Mizzou and Vandy on board and that is not going to change until Mizzou is moved to the West and Auburn is moved to the East.

Scooster acting like SC is more successful than Mizzou. Hahahhaha. We've done more in this conference than you have in the fraction of the time.

Also, 2010, 2014, and 2015 still exist.

I think 2015 was by far the worst season for the East.

I agree with you. He talks as if Scar is some high echelon SEC team. Facts and their own history shows he is a delusional old man.
