Without reading the article, having to constantly replace position coaches and coordinators eventually leads to some bad hires that will cost a team a season here and there. Alabama is still looking for their next Kirby Smart or Jeremy Pruitt on defense and Lane or Sark on offense. And we need Mario Cristobal back as offensive line coach.
Having good assistants and coordinators leads to success. But that success leads to assistants and coordinators being poached by other programs, usually moving up in the process. Position coaches become coordinators, coordinators become head coaches.
Having constant turnover of coordinators is very hard to manage for a coach. It will cost a program some games.
We know why House was fired. What was the reason for Densbrock making a lateral move this year? Was it his choice or Kelly’s? Just money? It just seems strange. A lot of coaching moves seem strange lately.

Is winning a bunch of games and no championship okay for Kelly is the new standard at LSU?
My 6th grade English teacher would have a field day diagramming this incredible sentence. Looks like the sentences' subject is "Is winning a bunch of games and no championship okay for Kelly" Am I right?

The staffing change was the only move he could possibly make with our defense. What kind of dumb shite is this lol

If so many non-LSU folks think that Brian Kelly is (1) not a good fit at LSU, and/or (2) Brian Kelly is under so much pressure at LSU, why even comment about it? LSU under BK is destined to fail bigtime, so just ignore LSU Football til that happens.
But, I will say this: you have to know little about LSU Football to think either of those observations are true.

Sorry for stealing your DC.
LOL He is replaceable. He will improve the LSU defense. Drinkwitz will find another replacement. He doesn't want to pay over 2 million dollars for a DC. Kelly really wanted him so bad that is fine. No big deal. Drinkwitz will find a good replacement.

How many OC's has Bama gone through in the last decade?

Mizzou fans 4 days ago: "LOL a poverty school like LSU won't be able to pay Baker as much as we can."
News reports 3 days ago: "Mizzou was willing to pay over $2m to keep Baker on staff.

Bryan Kelley is a terrible fit at LSU. He won’t last much longer
Yeah. Back to back 10 win seasons during a rebuild, Heisman winner, early commitments from the #1 QB, RB and WR in the nation and 12 teams make the playoff next year.
Man if only we could be like AU, right??

Kelly has done a lot better through 2 years at LSU than he did through 2 years at Notre Dame
He also has a better record than Saban did here after 27 games.
We’re doing fine

And despite what people think, Saban inherited a much better situation at LSU thank Kelly did.

It was Denbrock’s choice. His family is from there, he wanted to return home.
You know, like Blake Baker returning to LSU.
LSU loves Denbrock, but the brightest stars on that offensive staff are Joe Sloan and Cortez Hankton. Joe Sloan in particular, bc he developed Jayden Daniels into a Heisman winner and has been an elite QB recruiter/developer. I think his promotion to OC is imminent.
Sloan just got the commitment of the #1 player and QB in the country (who is from Michigan) in 2025, and that was after Denbrock left.
