Appearing on his Learfield Sports radio show on Oct. 14, 2010, Alabama Coach Nick Saban told a statewide audience that his home had been vandalized.

“They also papered my house and painted it in Georgia too but that doesn’t bother me any.”

So Alahunter heard it on the nick saban radio show, therefore it is doctrine. I can think of a lot of other things Nick Saban has said in the past that turned out to not be so true

He killed some trees. Anyone who is wanting this guy to be thrown under the jail is crazy. Pay a fine, do a few months in the county and go home. Lighten up, pansies.

yes, it was just some trees, but it was also destroying public property, that is going to cost a large amount of money.

So if someone destroys a building or something of equal cost, and its going to be expensive, would you say, no jail time as well.

For instance, what if someone burned your house down, what would you want done to them?

Yes, I know arson is a different crime, but take this from the monetary perspective

We are waiting to see pictures of the rotten arse bark and dead arse limbs fall to the ground before nothing is left but a decaying stump in the ground.

It's obvious the dude has serious mental issues. Now he's admitting to having suicidal thoughts ~ he won't see prison time, all he has to do is plead insanity. And, who would doubt that he's not totally insane?

It's evident that he's a nutcase that needs medical attention before he tries to kill more than just trees.

I didnt say no jail time. I said a few months in county lock up. Big difference in trees and buildings. If someone, destroyed a tree in my yard, make them pay for it and move on.

I'm OK with dumping him at the West Vance Happy Farm in a nice soft padded room for about 3 or 4 years.

As an Alabama fan, I'm getting tired of this guy. He claims to be innocent, but he opened his big mouth and claimed on a radio show that he did it. And he still can't keep his big mouth shut.

With fans like this, who needs rivals.

Yes they are different, but from a monetary prospective, 2 x 130 year old oaks and the infrastructure needed to take out, repair soil, and replace is not really all that different.

[quote]1. Do not refer to it as Bama Nation. I hate that nation crap. Leave it to fanbases with little pride and tradition and resort to calling themselves a nation to form a sense of relevancy in their lives.

2. You're an ignorant dipnozzle for even suggesting that one irate fane is the face of a program.

3 if you insist on him being the face of bama, then Tammy is the face of AU!! [/quote
]

The big difference is Tammy's crap is not being regurgitated by the Auburn fanbase as the mantra voiced at every opportunity. What Harvey is saying in this article is what the bammers have been trying to spread from day one. He is one irate fan that speaks for a nation (Bama Nation )

Not one bit, but he should be forced to pay any and all money that he may have, on top of basic living expenses or until reimbursed. And that does not count tickets to the bama ole miss game.

You left this part out.

Saban did not say when the vandalism happened and provided no further detail

So where did these other details come from?

quote:

It's a fact his home was vandalized, rolled, painted, lawn furniture thown into the lake. Doubt any other fans would be painting it orange and blue and tp'ing it.
