Having a good shot as repeating as conference champion is mediocrity? Your poison is worse than anything Updyke ever did. May every season come with a sense of trepidation, every game a sense of 'what now?', it's fitting, right and deserved. You squander the best years of LSU CFB, fine. Why try to poison everyone else? A pettiness with no benefit, an appendage to LSU that serves no purpose.

Max is the epitome of the cynical internet troll. He cares more about his internet persona and how he's viewed on this board then anything else in his life.

Meh, he's his own worse enemy. Time lost is the one thing you don't get back.

But to the OP...180 yards on the round, 170 in the air. The penalties is what really needs to be cleaned up. That and pass protection, especially against good ends.

Care to make a ban bet? LSU wins, you disappear till first kickoff 2013, UA wins I disappear till first kickoff 2013.

why would i bet against lsu?

how about a ban bet over whether lsu looks sloppy, undisciplined, and coaching not to lose instead of trying to win?

Give me a break, look at your posts. Nothing separates you from the UA Cheerio kid subset. Deal or not?

Good argument, except for the fact that he has only lost 1 game in the last 18 playing that way. At no point was AU going to move the ball consistently against our D. He made the right decisions down the stretch.

from my vantage point watching the game on TV for about 2 quarters...AU did stack the box and played inspired football...the old "backs against the wall" kind of game which means throw out the score. LSU was clearly the superior team in the trenches and that wins out eventually. LSU did the same thing to AU and dared Frazier to beat them...which is the smart thing to do.

UF will do the same thing on Oct 6th...but we have a better OL, a much better DL/LB/DB team and if you stack the line Driskel will have a field day....he will be ALL SEC by next year....mark my words.

Yes I am. You are not. I'll take the 3rd deflection as a no. Good day.

I thought LSU ran the ball pretty good vs Au. LSU just had too many mistakes at crucial times that kept them from scoring more points. 180 yards rushing is pretty damn strong. It was the lack of converting on the pass plays, penalties and turnovers that hurt LSU.
