The use of "Rumlin" gave it away. He's probably going back to his harem at faggybevo and bragging about how he "got those ignorant SECSECSEC people good"

Hey-oh
Are you a real Baylor fan, or just a Ken Starr groupie?

I'll take "Questions a Baylor fan doesn't know the answers to for 500, Alex."

I'm a big fan of Arkansas this bowl season (and in perpetuity to whoever plays the shorthorns)

hmm... never knew playing a 7-5 team in a bowl instead of a 6-6 team coming off a 38 point home loss was pussying out.

I might be in the minority on this, but I sure as hell wish we were.

As bad as this season has gone, Ags would be solid favorites over y'all I think and we could regain scoreboard.

Oh well.

Ah now Aggies, time to fess up and admit that Slive conveniently arranged for you to play in a bowl with 1/2 the payout as the Texas Bowl, much further from home than Houston, for only 1 reason. Avoid playing Texas. The paranoia is still alive, but why so little confidence in playing a 6-6 Texas team? The Hogs have never been reluctant to play UT. They relish the opportunity. Wonder why the difference?

Because the game might actually improve/increase their recruiting/exposure in the state of Texas. The pigs rightfully see it as a plus for them.

Meanwhile for us all playing Texas would do is allow our burnout big bro to siphon off of some of our recent success in recruiting. We would rather the challenge of beating the team that beat the Big 12 conference, the pigs can play pretend that beating this year's Texas is something to get excited about.

Let me condense your answer to this: You are afraid that you might lose and therefore expose Sumlin's weaknesses as a head coach. All that talent going to waste...tsk tsk tsk

Sadly, I agree. Even if it's not true and this is just the way the selection went it is still a bad look for us and the SEC. We should be relishing the chance to stomp the sips in a bowl game.

Bowl payout is irrelevant as all payouts go to the SEC first before they're split amongst the member schools.

Simple math:

$60,620,000 split 14 ways = $4.3 Million per team.

If Alabama makes the title game, that adds $22 Million to the total.

$82,620,000 split 14 ways = $5,901,429 per team.

The Big 12 gets $21,455,000. Split 10 ways, that's $2,145,500 per school. BUT since West Virginia and TCU only get a 60% share because of your petty bullshite, it becomes $1,287,300 for West Virginia and TCU and $3,003,700 for the other 8 teams.

Congratulations! You barely pulled in more than the payout of your bowl because of certain bylaws.
