IMO, Tyndall is a better hire and fit at UT than White would've been... he was an assistant at LSU under Brady, so he knows the SEC... was also an assistant at MTSU under kermit davis.

He definitely won the press conference today. Reminds everyone of Butch (Butch reminded everyone of Pearl) - apparently Tyndall and Jones grew up about an hour away from each other.

And what is it with Midwesterners not being able to say the word Vols? Butch gonna have to give him lessons (note: Jones and Azzani couldn't pronounce it either - I'm not sure if Azzani ever got it right).
