was unaware, but I've always loved the judicial affairs approach. charge someone with a violation of student code of conduct. forbid a lawyer to represent them in the case but instead appoint a law student to advise them. then place the burden on the student to prove his innocence. then let a panel of other students determine their fate without allowing them to confront witnesses. if that ain't justice i don't know what is. but by all means, let's make the narrative that lawyers got involved and coached their clients not to cooperate with judicial affairs.

But yeah, if she was ever called to testify, her credibility as a witness would be crucified.
