This is just process - the NCAA had a deadline of last Friday to respond.

Pretty much - OM expects the "CSB, see you in September" reply from the NCAA.

Not quite. I believe June 6th is when they officially responded.

Should be - presumed to be weekend of September 16th.
ETA: I'm not sure if the NCAA had a full 60 days to reply, I just always heard they were going to respond by 7/23.

I would assume if the LOIC was dropped, that information would have already been leaked. If I had to guess, there are no real changes and it all comes down to the COI in September.
