I expect the NCAA to issue this as an apology letter. It will probably state how they screwed up the investigation saying they shouldn't have listened to Leo Lewis and maybe it was just all a misunderstanding. ACT fraud is not a big of deal as it sounds and those boosters were just a little over zealous. That;s all.

Also, they're now going after State and will put a 10 year show cause on Mullen for being mean.
