I didn't know the NCAA would respond to OM's defense of the allegations to the NOA. I thought the next step was straight to the COI. Interesting

With that timing, I'm like 99% sure that's the NCAA giving OM a big "frick you" for how they handled the whole thing. This could be entertaining.

OM challenged a lot of the violations in the NOA. This will be the NCAAs response to that. From here it goes to the COI to determine the sanctions.

Don't expect much to change - should just be status quo with the next step being the COI hearing in September.

Agreed. It's going to be something along the lines of "OM challenged this ruling, we are upholding it".
