Sims or Bateman is my guess

Coker should not even be a serious answer

Perhaps.

I'd say, "most likely."

75% - Hill
15% - Allen
10% - Joeckel

I remember Sims came in for a blowout game against like Ole Miss awhile ago as a RB. I thought he was going to just be another 3rd-4th string RB. Now looking at him as the starting QB for Alabama...I'm scared.

To be fair, he ran pretty well in that game against Ole Miss.

With as good as Mauk was this year, my way too early prediction is that true freshman this year (RSF next year), Eddie Printz beats Mauk out for the job next year.

I wouldn't root for the true freshman. That usually doesn't work out well

For UGA, Hutson Mason is a lock.
He absolutely will do good things for the Dawgs.
The question is if he can avoid the bad things when pressured with a 4 man pass rush.

2015 could get interesting, though. There are 4 viable options. 2 strong candidates.

Blake Sims will not start for 'Bama, book it!.....he does not fit the system to be a permanent starter going into next year.....my money will be on Luke Del Rio

Being black has nothing to do with it (see Andrew Zow), we don't do the zone read option offense now and won't do it ever

It would be a waste of Norwood/Cooper/White/Howard

I've liked what I have seen out of Patton for a RS Freshman being thrust into some very difficult first serious minutes, but I have also heard a lot of good things from Franklin about Johnny McCrary. It could be an interesting competition.

I wouldn't put it past Franklin to use McCrary at least in some special packages even if he doesn't win the outright starting job.

I'd say no on Coker to Alabama now. If Winston is done, Coker has no reason to transfer.

Are Zow, Woodson, and Lewis suddenly not black? And why are Auburn fans so obsessed with the skin color of Alabama QBs?

It'll be a four way competition going into the spring, but I fully expect our starter to be Drew Barker.

It'll work itself out over the course of the season ... always does.
