What is the UAA and why are Florida fans always bitching about it? No other program’s fanbase complains about it. Why does UF have it?

TBH, I'm not sure the OP knows how the UAA works or what it is is.

It is nothing more than the non-profit support organization of the athletic department. UF had one of the first, goes back to 1929 but other schools have a similar backing organization. Ours is made up of rotating board members, but whose chief power is with the president of the university who as line item power over the budget, hiring/firing of AD.

uaa is the Florida university athletics association there a 3rd party entity that runs the Florida athletic department

As u see Jeremy foley and his cohorts Lynda tealer and Chip
Howard call the shots while Scott Stricklin is there puppet

The foleyites like to act like Florida is Louisana monroe or some school with no funds so there cheap cheap cheap!

That’s why Florida makes bargain bin hires like boyscout billy Napier

However they can find a way to raise $500 million to make the swamp smaller and build a stadium kitchen for Chip Howard, a project that the caw suspects may be a slush fund Ponzi scheme

Edit: even the biggest Disney gators have turned on the uaa
