Everyone keeps talking about Lane going there next offseason but he really pissed some Florida people off during his time at Tennessee. I guess that was 15 years ago but some of those same boosters are still around the program.

It’s crazy that UF sucks at football. Recruiting in the state of Florida alone should be enough to lure an established head coach who can have them contending regularly. Everybody in their athletic administration should be fired.

In the gators UAA case the boosters with influence is literal overlap with these political pump and dumpers. There’s nothing white-collar about Ponzi schemes that aren’t even that complicated. Any decent player who does his homework isn’t gonna choose UF either. Especially QBs. The UF fans are notorious for turning on their players. Insults and even death threats are common.

And he will be the next UF QB to not live up to the hype. Florida is the place QBs go to get promises of $13 mill offers that never materialize and coaches go to get a big fat buyout in a couple of years. UF has made a lot of coaches very very wealthy.
