Failing taking the time to educate yourself I would suggest you sit this one out.

You didn't even answer his question

NOA did not include anything related to the draft incident. They stated in the NOA that they were still looking into that.

You are challenging people to list stuff in the article that's not in the NOA. Well there you go.

My bad...I assumed that posters on this board had at least a marginal level of logical thinking.

dumbass me, over here.

oh...but you're just going to ignore Tunsil's mother saying that was bullshite and that they could afford it themselves?

Did she provide the bank records to prove it? He did. If she doesn't provide bank records- the NCAA will assume guilt

If you didn't know about any of these allegations before this "hit piece" came out, you haven't been paying attention. This is like Forde's piece from a year ago "confirming" the NCAA was investigating us when we knew they had been for two years already. There's no new information in this article.

Stepdad: "Laremy committed to GA twice. We took care of you. You take care of us."

Kiffen: "You know I will."

Me: "You guys are toast."

I'd just like to break down this statement really quick.

You just posted the following:
1. The NOA did not include anything related to the draft incident.
2. The NOA stated something related to the draft incident.

supposedly happened and was presented to the NCAA before the 1st NOA was released.

"Supposedly" is an interest in word to use here. You seem to admit miller could have gone to the ncaa more than once with different goals in mind.

How is that me admitting anything?

It states in the article that he spent 100's of hours with the NCAA.

Did you really not understand what I meant? You are melting so hard over something that doesn't even matter. People are asking legit questions and you are so busy trying to justify everything you ignore them.

I mean, we all suspected this was the case but this is the first time I've seen any kind of solid written proof that it actually happened the way it was suggested

So, yeah, the article does bring new info to the table

You continue to avoid bringing such info to the table. I have asked you for it due to your expertise on the ole miss noa.

Sorry but I actually took the time to read it so that when I talk about it I know WTF I am talking about. Hell, I even read it with a named partner in a major law firm here in Mississippi so I could completely understand the ramifications. I would suggest you use this cool little search engine called Google and look it up instead of speculating...but that is just my advice.

Where in the article did it say that the bank statements confirmed that Ole Miss helped them move?

the NCAA will assume guilt

They can assume whatever the frick they want....doesn't mean it's true.

I know that doesn't stop you at all.....but your average person realizes this.

Don't bother. They have their minds made up we are guilty and are going to get hammered. Any logical explanation or reason why Miller can't be trusted is just downvoted. Move on and let the trolls have their circle jerk

Oh cool, you identified a misstep in his syntax.

Now that we've all acknowledged your grammatical prowess, can you address the implication of his argument? Because I'm still rather confused as to what and was not presented in the NOA and responses.

What, in this article, wasn't already covered in the NOA other than the draft night ordeal?

Dear God you are an idiot. Does the name Todd McNair ring any bells? The NCAA has to have VERIFIABLE PROOF. Because Linsey Miller said it will not cut it buddy....but keep trying.

Shirley you realize their assumption of this will go into how they penalize OM- true or not? If she can't confirm what she said- then the NCAA will assume guilt and penalize accordingly. This ain't no court of law brother.

One Level 1 violation gets a bowl ban- OM has 8....you're getting a bowl ban. The average person realizes this as well
