If he told that to the ncaa and then why did they not include it in their noa?

Miller said a lot of shite to the ncaa. Doesn't mean the ncaa was able to prove that any of it happened.

And your ignoring the statement from the mother saying they had plenty of money at the time to move on their own.

Ole Miss admitted to giving cash and other benefits in their response?

Here's the thing. If there's anything in that article that isn't in the NOA, that means OM isn't being charged with it.

Miller interviewed with them long ago. What they believed and found evidence for was in the NOA.

He isn't going to bring anything new to the table. This article is just explaining the details fo the known violations.

The Tunsil suspension was originally over a loaner car from canon motors, a little lodging and family benefits. This article lays out much more than it seems was originally said and it shows a pattern

What, in this article, wasn't covered in our noa response other than pure speculation?

Me neither. This new issue takes this whole thing up a level or two.

When he says he was on the floor, I'm guessing he's referring to the stroke he obviously suffered before typing this?

That is a damning report. Miller provided text messages, emails, bank account statements, and Facebook messages to the NCAA. Jericho is about to come crumbling down.

Hello....he already had done that prior to the NOA. So what is new in this "hard hitting piece of journalism". I will help you. Zilch, nada, nothing....but bless your heart, keep trying & don't evah change little brother

Miller appears to write to Ole Miss defensive line coach Chris Kiffin: "Plz do all the u you said to help me and desiree and my 2 sons I have been ole miss biggest fan 2 times he committed to ga I was there foor u be there for us when its time ok." Kiffin appears to have responded: "You know I will!"

Due to your vast knowledge of the noa (which could be amended if new info is presented), the burden is on you to match up everything in the article to the noa.

You can tell Lindsey Miller is the main source for the NOA, with regards to the Tunsel violations. He's pretty much the only source for this article.

You think he held back months ago and saved some stuff for Part 2?

Not very inflammatory,

Uh... This is literally anything and everything you would not want the NCAA to have proof of. Short of one of the actual boosters giving the NCAA proof, this is about as bad as it can get.

Still, NCAA just lost it's power to enforce a TV ban so on the bright side the death penalty as we've known it is no longer all that viable

My prediction still stands at 2 year bowl ban and 50% reduction in schollies over three years. We'll see

Which given how tangible the evidence is doesn't really matter. This far surpasses a "he said-he said" situation to a case of "it's not whether or not you're getting nailed, it's how hard"

Depending on who is proven to have known about the violations (be it Kiffin, Freeze, Bjork, etc) you may see a dismantling of the coaching staff and/or AD as well. Almost assuredly going to be at least one show cause somewhere in there.
