A bowl game? Where should this bowl game be?

SEC fans travel really well, would y'all want to come out to San Diego/LA for a bowl game at the new Rams Stadium? Maybe move the Holiday Bowl from San Diego to LA and have it jump the Alamo Bowl in the pecking order.

Absolutely agree. Totally sick of neutral site games and refuse to go to them. USC should be playing in Bryant Denny in two weeks. Attendance at these games for Bama has steadily been going down. If I want to go to JerryWorld every year I will be a Cowboys fan. So many missed opportunities to have gone to great away venues like Michigan, VT, Wisconsin, WVU, and Clemson. Seeing all the campuses and unique traditions and bars is what college football is all about. It's pathetic and sad what has happened.

Amen.

Yes, but that's not going to change.

I wish they would change one of the bowls with the big 10 to one with the pac 12. No reason to have 2.

One of my favorite games was LSU Oregon in Dallas in 2011. Honey Badger wreaked havoc that game.

As much as I love $9 beers, I really wish it was a home-home series like when we played Washington

As an LSU fan, I'd be all about more Pac 12 games. The Tigers have an outstanding record against members of that conference:

Pac-10 13-2-0
Pac-12 1-0-0
Pacific Coast 1-1-0
Colorado 5-1-0
Utah 2-0-0

But I also know SEC coaches are reluctant to travel out west due to time issues. So how shall that be fixed?

Suck it up and travel? The trip to Washington was one of the best I've seen. Tempe would be up there next.

Tempe game during year of Katrina was mindblowing. The band was treated really, really well. (Besides the one beer thrown at us marching into the stadium.)

In past 15 years LSU has played Arizona, Arizona State, Oregon, Oregon State, and Washington during the regular season with upcoming games against UCLA and ASU again. That's half the PAC-12.

Since 2004 LSU has played Oregon state, Arizona state, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon. Beat em all. LSU actually does very well against the PAC 12.

Since 2000 LSU has played Arizona State, Arizona, Oregon, Oregon State, and Washington. I don't think we had a home and home with the Beavers though.

You think so? I've always been kinda impressed with Utah.

That's the point. They are good enough to beat you but if you win you were supposed to win. All downside.

A truer statement has never been said. Having your team, band and fans roll into some historic college football town in the fall. Beutiful. Or a team like USC with all that fan fair on your home field - the band, song girls and so on.

It won't be that way for long. Utah is recruiting very well these days. In another year or so they will be considered a powerhouse program.

finally. you aggies had the poorest (and easiest) OOC schedule I've ever seen. 4 cupcakes every year. altho, don't go bragging about Colorado being stalwart.

Stanford would be up for a series. Need to pick up folks from the south.

And they are a bit more smash mouth than most Pac12 teams, so better matchup?

Colorado or Utah might be more reasonable for a home and away. But Colorado really isn't in any shape to play most of the SEC and playing Utah is a lose all and win little deal.

Kickass road trips there tho

Schedule them.

LSU is 15-3 vs the PAC, and only one of those games was in a bowl game. The Tigers are currently on a 12-game winning streak vs PAC teams, 7 of which have come since 2000.

The trick is, you have to be willing to travel.
